When are orders delivered?
We deliver 6 days per week from Monday till Saturday. Delivery is possible between 9:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00. We will be closed between 12:00 - 13:00 for lunchbreak.
Does Petals offer same day delivery?
Yes, orders placed before 12:00 are delivered the same day between 13:00 - 17:00, unless we are out of stock. Keep in mind we are closed on Wednesday afternoon.
What happens if no-one is present during delivery?
When you make an order, we kindly request that you provide a phone number for the recipient of the bouquet. This will help us reach them if they are not at home. If they are unavailable, we will make every effort to deliver the bouquet again.
